3. Do you do kitchen work?
We can make you a kitchen project and make a kitchen set from separate cabinets. You must send us your kitchen plan or measurements at info@pmsepipla.gr. It would be best if you could provide us with the kitchen set and the color you prefer as the price varies accordingly. The more information the better.
4. How long does it take to deliver?
The average delivery is noted for each product separately. Each product has a different delivery term because the products are manufactured by different manufacturers.

The company is willing to assemble your furniture. There is no cost for this service within Attica. Our goal is to close your eyes… to open them and everything is ready.

All products receive a 12-month warranty. We are always by your side.
8. How do I place an order?
You can place an order on our website or by writing us an email at info@pmsepipla.gr with your full name, delivery address (including zip code), contact telephone number, preferred payment method, full list of products and options you want to include. 9. How can I find out about my order?

10. Can I pick it up myself from your stores?

11. How can I cancel my order?

12. What should I do if I receive furniture with defects or missing pieces?
If you received an order with defects, damage or missing parts, let us know by phone at +306908673535 or at info@pmsepipla.gr an item number must be noted according to the instructions that is defective, damaged or missing. You should also send an image to our email at info@pmsepipla.gr, these photos will be sent to the manufacturer. The manufacturer of the upcoming part is obliged to replace it in 15-45 working days after the registration of the warranty order. We constantly check to ensure the quality of products before delivery.
13. What should I do if I want to return the furniture?
If you wish to return the furniture, let us know about it (by email at info@pmsepipla.gr or call +306908673535. It is important that the furniture is not assembled and is in its original packaging. Returned furniture will be received in 15-20 Money will be refunded in the following days upon receipt of the furniture by bank transfer.
